Woodgrove Concert Band has grown to 80 members, earning national accolades since 2000. Join us to build a lasting love for music and perform for the community.
Concert Band
Since the school started in 2000, the Woodgrove Concert Band has grown from a 40-member unit to one that is 80 members strong. The Band’s motto of ‘One Band, One Heart, One Sound’ captures the goals of developing a lifelong life-long passion for and appreciation of music and working together as one to provide music to encourage or inspire others.
The Concert Band also has a proud record of achieving numerous accolades at the national level in events such as the Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation, Singapore International Band Festival and Istana Open House.
Training Days
Tuesday : 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Thursday : 3.30pm to 5.30pm
*Additional sessions will be organised for selected students for the preparation of various events. Sessions are subject to change.
