NPCC Unit Overall Proficiency Award (Gold)

The Unit Overall Proficiency Award (UOPA) is a benchmark used to rank the NPCC Units in Singapore. The UOPA is an annual assessment which comprises of many categories, including but not limited to, the unit administration, enrichments and activities participation, achievement in various competitions and cadets’ promotion and awards.

Woodgrove NPCC Unit was proud to be presented with the 5th consecutive UOPA Gold award, (from 2009 – 2013). With the great leadership from the previous OCs, DyOCs, Cadet Inspectors (Cis) and Cadet Leaders, the unit has progressed to the next level of achievement in the Woodgrove NPCC history.

For winning the 5th consecutive UOPA Gold award, the school is presented with the silver cane which is only given to units who achieved the outstanding achievement award (for 5 consecutive Gold award).
