Singapore Amazing Flying Competition (SAFMC)
Last March, Woodgrove Secondary School Youth Flying Club has sent 6 teams of secondary 2 and 3 members to represent the school in Singapore Amazing Flying Machine Competition or SAFMC organised by Science Centre. SAFMC is the largest flying machine competition in Singapore. Participants are required to design and build innovative flying machines.
We are proud to announce that for the first time since YFC started in Woodgrove Secondary School more than 10 years ago, one of the 6 teams from YFC WGSS has won the best aesthetic award. The members of the winning team are Putri Nur Alya, Isaias Lee Jun and Muhammad Amann from 2E3 and Regan Wong from 3N2.
