The student leaders in Woodgrove Secondary School comprises the Student Council Body, Classroom Management Committee (CMC) and Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) leaders. These student representatives are elected by their own peers as well as the teachers. They are voices representing the student body and their role is to serve the student body. They make up more than 30% of the school population.

Leadership skills trainings are bring provided for all student leaders. Ample platforms are given to them to demonstrate their leadership skills. In addition, the student leaders will also have the opportunities to be assessed by themselves, their peers, external vendors and teachers. These provide insightful feedbacks for the student leaders to improve on their leadership competencies. Students in Woodgrove Secondary School receives structured leadership education that will help them progress in their leadership levels. (i.e from People Leadership, Peer Leadership, People Leadership and to Public Leadership)
